Company: The Palm Restaurant Denver

The Palm Restaurant is a high-end steakhouse with 27 locations nationwide,  including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York City and Washington DC. The Palm Restaurant is best known for steaks and lobster, fine wine and white tablecloth service, as well as the local and national celebrity caricatures featured on the walls.

Since February of 2013, GrowthWeaver has provided The Palm with social media solutions and trackable results using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and digital reputation monitoring.

Objective:

The main objectives were to grow the Facebook fan base, drive event registrations and drive claims for special offers through targeted advertising, and ultimately increase foot traffic.

Solution:

The GrowthWeaver team created a targeted and successful strategy utilizing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to build brand awareness on these social platforms and maintain consistent messaging in accordance with the Palm Restaurant’s corporate guidelines.

Result:

During GrowthWeaver’s two-year partnership with the Palm Denver Restaurant:

  • 259 offers claimed within a 4 month period, encouraging customers to dine-in.
  • More than 15,000 fans have actively engaged with The Palm Denver Facebook page
  • Facebook fan base has grown by 207%
  • GrowthWeaver’s effective targeted campaigns have reached more than 97,000 people in 8 months
  • Successful creation, management and deployment of Facebook advertising has generated more than 700 new targeted “likes”
  • GrowthWeaver’s posts have resulted in 4,234 clicks to The Palm Denver’s social media platforms (with an average of 19 unique clicks per link), delivering trackable ROI and engagement

Campaign Highlights:

  • The Palm Denver’s Facebook campaign did not include paid Facebook advertising between February 2013 and May 2014. Regardless, we continued to grow the page.  With the addition of a monthly advertising budget, “likes” increased to a consistent 100+ monthly.
  • In October of 2014, The Palm received a phone call to reserve a table for a holiday office party. The caller mentioned their boss had seen an ad on Facebook encouraging holiday party booking, while space was still available.
